Customer service is important to us and you. we have a dedicated commercial cleaning manager allocated to maintain regular contact with all our clients, ensuring our exacting standards and focus on quality is maintained.

FAQ's

  • How frequently can a cleaner call to me?

    For our office and commercial cleaning service we will work with you to create a cleaning schedule 

  • Are your staff fully trained and Vetted?

    All our staff are fully trained and vetted. Before we send them out on regular domestic cleaning we place our cleaners on supervised training on our council contracts. following on from that once vetting has been cleared they are the placed on our once off cleaning services where again the work under supervision. Finally when they are ready to take on their own customers the will spend some time working with one of our experienced cleaners before we allocate them their own clients.

  • General Terms and Conditions

    • The cleaner must have access to hot water, power and adequate lighting.


    • Our cleaners are instructed not to remove marks/mould ect from painted surfaces as damage may occur. In certain circumstances grouting between tiles and silicone sealant may not be possible to clean as replacement is required


    • Multiple ongoing application of limescale remover may be required on shower doors for best results.


    • Cleaners are instructed not to move furniture where damage or injury may occur this includes TV Stands and TV's, these will only be lightly dusted / Cleaned on front surfaces only


    • Parking : Suitable parking nearby is required as our cleaners will bring cleaning materials with them.  If free parking is not availble nearby the client is required cover the cost of this expense. 


    • Delays: Where we do not have a key, our staff can only wait at an appointment for a maximum of 20 minutes otherwise all other appointments for that day will be out of schedule. If the cleaner is delayed through no fault of their own in accessing your property the delayed time will be taken from the scheduled time and no refund will be issued.


    • Cancellations: There is a €10.00 late cancellation/lock-out fee for cancelling or rescheduling a visit with less than 48 hour notice. The same fee applies if the cleaning operatives are unable to gain access to the Client’s home or are unable to carry out cleaning due to problems with power/water, through no fault of the Company. This fee goes directly to your cleaner and is payable on the next cleaning visit or the end of the month for account customers


    • Frequent cancellations: If  the client cancellation rate exceeds 30% in the preceeding 10 visits excluding emergencys we may unfortunatley have to cancel the regular cleaning
